Project Overview

There is a growing need for a dedicated digital platform and web server within the Humanities, Computing, and Design (HCD) program at RIT to showcase/host capstone projects, share important updates, and manage documents relevant to the major. Additionally, RIT web servers like Solace and Banjo, while functional, do not adequately address specific needs of HCD students and staff, and lack the tailored features and long-term stability that the program requires.

HCD Hub bridges this gap by providing a two-part solution: a customizable, student-updated portal (front-end) and a student-run web hosting platform (back-end).
